Sig, Ava, Banner & Username Requests

Question does the banner have to be manga themed like black and white with manga pages or can it be a colored version?

 

Color would be preferred over Black and White.

 

But you can still do a black and white banner and still have it look good if you get nice quality manga panels.

 

You can make any type of banner you want.

 

Well i was planning on doing that anyway. Just fgured since it was manga you might have some type of restrictions.

 

Are we allowed to switch out entries if we put one in then decide to make another that looks better?

 

I dont care about the award you guys can keep those. I just like making stuff. urr
