SD's Official Villain Tournament Winner: Gilgamesh!

Gilgamesh is the winner of SD's first Official Villain Tournament!
The King of Heroes won the final match against the mighty Aizen, with the final vote being 12 -9.

For this victory, we will make either an award or theme to honor the great King of Babylon. We'll make sure to announce ahead of time for which ever one we'll choose.

I'd like to thank everyone who participated and hope we'll get more members involved in future tournaments. ​

His title, King of Heroes, is not meant to call him a king who is a hero, but instead implies that he is the king over all heroes. He is mankind's oldest hero, the origin of all myths and model on which heroes are based, so his story is copied within the mythologies of all the countries of the world. The heroes of various myths are derived from his legend, so his Gate of Babylon possesses all of their Noble Phantasms. Though there are several heroes holding the title of "King", such as the King of Knights and King of Conquerors, he is the only one in all of heaven and earth crowned with the title of "King of All Heroes."

In the most popular Fate works, he plays an antagonist type of role(Fate/Zero and Fate/stay night).

I do wonder why these are even bothered to be done. because every single tournament is going to be a fate character winning in every department,no matter what it is according to here.

Actually it was a tie with Souma from Shokugeki.

Anyways, Aizen lost fair and square and Gilgamesh won fair and square, because most members believed he was a better Villain, not because he was from Fate.

My point is its still a good source for general fate info and if they want more in depth details they can play the VNs, games, or read the LNs.
