Why does it not list Kabuto as a user?

 

Since it's from DB 1 or 2
Kabuto was not the user till then

Once a jutsu is mentioned in DB it does not appear in the next one in most cases

 

Then it's possible that the description of the technique is outdated. mm

You can see body of some fodder left after Edo Itachi vanished so Kabuto did use sacrifices for reviving his edo's but once he got Anko he most likely used her cursed seal to enhance Edo Tensei considering he revived Madara without sacrifice

 

I know that sacrifices are used. I am basically making a theory that it's not necessary for the sacrifice to be alive for the technique to work.

 

Well don't think he used sacrifice to revive Madara and he actually revived Madara'S own body as Edo. But that had something to do with cursed seal and orochimaru's chakra

 

So you also think that Kabuto used Madara's real body as a sacrifice to edo tensei Madara?

 

No he did not use sacrifice at all

 

Why do you think so?

 

Becoz he used anko's curse seal as powersource
He himself admitted somewhere in manga cause seal can be used to empower Edo tensei

 

But that has nothing to do with the sacrificial body element.
