I hope volume 14 gets translated soon, apparently the translators are waiting till they completely finish before updating it.

How far are in the LN's?

 

You definitely should, volume 13 is pretty good, 12 is alright, its more of new character introductions and the beginning of magician racism that was brought up in the visitors arc. Its not very action packed but Tatsuya gets into a sweet spar with Tomitsuka and he stomps some of Zhou's hired thugs, but that's about it.

Volume 13, is another nine schools competition arc, but it focus's more on the Kudo clan creating Parasite weapons and Tatsuya has to stop them for using them on the competitors, which leads up to pretty boss fight at the end with Tats and the Parasite weapons.

Oh gawd I know. I personally think its another loyalty test, to see just how loyal he is to the clan, but I don't see why she would risk breaking his only connection to clan, Miyuki. On anime suki, I saw some theories that they may make him a candidate for the since he is the rightful heir.

I know his feelings won't change, because well he's been programmed to love her lol. Still mental interference magic is a big mystery and its hard to think it might last forever, I mean what if they put a lock on his strong emotions instead of flat out destroying them and Maya has the key. I know its wild speculation, but based on his emotional growth I feel like he has more human emotions than previously believed, which Miyuki brought up in the visitors arc.

Lol, anyways that makes it more weird about why she would bring this up? What are your thoughts about why she would do this?

 

@Bold Idk about Miyuki is pretty ignorant when it comes to these things, plus she's had those inner monologues about being disgusted with herself about romantically loving Tatsuya, because he's her brother and I believe if I remember correctly it was either on valentines day in the visitors arc or his birthday in the double seven arc, Miyuki had a little to much wine and was laying on the couch and accidently blurted "why do onii-sama and I have to be siblings"or something close to that. Anyway my point is its highly unlikely, especially if you take her personality and thought process into consideration.

Hell I bet she would be a little happier inside, because if she did bang her onii-sama it would be a little less weird /youfunny/

Yeah my guesses are that its either a lie and she is doing it to test his loyalty, its the truth and she is doing it to test his loyalty, or its the truth and she's just coming clean and looking for his reaction.

 

That's possible, remember in the enrollment arc where the blanch leader manipulated Mibu memories? There's already proof of that, but personally I think they just didn't tell her if its the truth, because with either outcome she wouldn't know plus Tatsuya was born nearly a year before she was, so there would be no way for her to tell if they were or weren't siblings.

Yeah like I said if its the truth, my god what a plot twist. The mahouka fanbase will go absolutely crazy lol.
