I mean... It isn't even an exaggeration, based on what I've learned about them from the likes of John Ross.

I actually don't think Australia has any stock LMAO.
    one company:
    RTX 5090
The RTX 5090 currently has not yet arrived with some small shipments expected. We may receive some units prior to launch, but at this stage expect this not to be available by the launch time.

    Another:
GeForce RTX 50 Series Launching tonight!

    NSW/ACT/VIC - 1AM AEDT (31/01)
    QLD - 12AM AEST (31/01)
    WA - 10PM AWST (30/01

Limited stock - 1 per household. Pre-order now to secure yours. ETA will be provided from NVIDIA/partners when available.

But, I will be trying 4 hours 10 mins from now.

Is pre-ordering it a bad thing in this case?

Not at all no. I either want an order or a preorder. I don't want to have it sold out and not be able to be on some sort of wait list. That would just be shit.

Then I guess pre-ordering it would be the safe choice. Why aren't you doing it? Would you be on the wait list even after the pre-order?
