Nah if you go there frequently you'll notice there are a lot of listings like these, most of them are legit. Just check the seller background and reviews.

Give me the exact Core i5 model number, boy.

I would advise nothing less than a top end quad core i5 (from the sixth gen or later) or a top end Ryzen 5 to pair with the GTX 1660 Ti (or else you will have bottleneck).

If you have an i5 quad core from second gen or later, you should be able to get by with a GTX 1650 with no bottleneck or at most a GTX 1650 Ti (with smol bottleneck).

Its an i5 4570, but who cares about bottleneck when you're allegedly getting such a good deal? I was like if it won't work on my PC I'll sell it or something

 

The i5-4570 is still a pretty beefy CPU for gaming. I've seen benchmarks of it running AAA games from today on max settings (when paired with a good GPU of course) on 1080p. If an i3-6100 has little to no bottleneck with a GTX 1050 Ti or GTX 1650, then i5-4570 should be fine with a GTX 1660 Ti with only a bit of bottleneck on 1080p (it's only at 1440p and 4k that you'd face issues). Ideally, however, I would advise nothing more than a GTX 1650 Ti with the i5-4570.
