Try starting with your own stories in an established universe i.e. fanfiction. Then you can move on to writing your own stories.

I know a published author who started out writing fanfic. He then graduated to writing his own stories and even published a book. In fact, there appears to be a growing trend of fanfic writers turning into fully fledged authors of their own little fictional universes.

Hell, there are some authors who wrote fanfics in established fictional universes whose works went on to be formally published as official canon (with certain changes to better fit the official continuity).

If you want to make a comic, and have no confidence in your own artistic abilities, you can write the stories and outsource the art work to someone actually skilled in that area. Or you could just buckle down and start practising drawing yourself.

Modi seems to have developed some beef with Ramdev. Patanjali is currently under investigation for GST evasion by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, and is facing an INR 80 crore due (and that is excluding penalty and interest on that liability). The FSSAI has also withdrawn Patanjali's right to sell several food products due to safety concerns and laboratory tests deeming these products to be "unfit for human consumption".

However, there is still seemingly some bromance there. Patanjali's net worth increased 2.5 fold within less than a year of Modi coming to power (between May 2014 and March 2015). Patanjali was also allowed to buy a couple of bankrupt food & packaging businesses. And both of those were despite Patanjali's shrinking sales and mounting losses due to falling market share and reckless expansion plans.

Investigations into corruption at Patanjali usually are quickly silenced, and the dhongi journalists of the godi media refuse to touch the topic. The GST evasion case alone was a huge surprise.
