eh honestly it won't end in 5 years seeing how things are moving currently.
Kishimoto has luxury to do it since naruto unlike One piece was char driven manga. One piece has been more about world building manga. With Naruto vs Sasuke Kishimoto has nothing else to offer. You can see how big of garbage boruto turned out to be.
Kishimoto tried world building in war arc and it was horrible

imo kishi could've written some characters better as well. Kaguya had 0 personality, Hinata had 0 personality (other than her brave Pain Arc development). I have seen porn romances better than Sasuke and Sakura.

1.Kaguya was literally asspull only surpassed by Kakashi's ghost induced susanoo. Keep Madara in her place and nothing changes. At least that 10-12 chap fight becomes great since kaguya was underwhelming

2.Hinata never had a character. People romanticize part 1 so they believe few char were great.
exp:She literally got destroyed in fight against neji. He fodderstomped her. She only hit him one time yes one time in entire fight after he has literally shut her chakra pathway.
Also hinata's entire praise comes from anime which made her look better since she got one paneled by ST from pain.For Kishimoto she was literally side of side char but anime boosted her relevance that she actually mattered sonewhat in story

3.Sasuke and Sakura literaly have 2 interaction in part 2 before war arc and he is planning to kill her in both so dunno how is that a love story. But since its popular in japan probably becoz of part 1 Kishimoto didn't see need to develop it.
Literally none of love story were developed in Naruto and the reason Sakura's char suck becoz a majority of it revolves around love for sasuke.
Also same is true for hinata but she gets leeway since Naruto is all loving MC
