Misaka Mikoto(Toaru Kagaku no Railgun)

Mikoto Misaka is one of the series' main heroines in Toaru Majutsu no Index series and the protagonist of her side story, Toaru Kagaku no Railgun. A psychic user of Academy City, her powers are ranked Level 5, the highest rank for the most powerful psychic users, and she ranks as third-strongest out of the seven people who hold this rank in Academy City. She attends Tokiwadai Middle School, a famous girls' school for the rich and elite psychics and one of the five elite schools of Academy City. To most people, she is considered a proper lady, but in reality, she has a short-tempered, prideful, and improper attitude with some tomboyish tendencies and insecurities, a fact few other characters know. She is fond of cute, childish things, such as flowery pajamas and Gekota, the popular frog mascot franchise. She has a strong sense of morals and hates injustice.

Shiki Ryougi(Kara no Kyoukai)

A teenage girl who possesses the "Mystic Eyes of Death Perception," a supernatural ability that allows her to view the death of any given object and destroy its origin. She recently recovered from a two-year coma caused by a traffic accident. Prior to the traffic accident, she had two personalities: a male personality known as SHIKI, and a female personality known as Shiki. Children born into the Ryougi family are generally male and are raised with two personalities, so the male personality is customarily called the "yang" personality, while the female is called the "yin" personality. It is easy to tell which Shiki is speaking at any given time because both personalities have a distinct style of speech, most notably seen when the female Shiki refers to herself with the pronoun watashi, while the male Shiki refers to himself as ore.​

 

The one that doesn't come from a show that requires you trying to understand what the **** the significance is of snow falling in such a way that it hints at something extremely important and essential to the "plot" that will occur 3 episodes later, or in real life terms, something like 3 years later.

Shiki is probably one of the more unique and interesting characters out there. Plus she'll kill without any mercy if necessary and that's the kind of shit that I like. As a character, Misaka just can't really compare and if I add the fact that I like Shiki more, my choice is obvious.

Tbh Misaka isn't even the best Misaka in Toaru

 

Tbh I understand how u feel but a vote for misaka is a vote for all her sisters including Last Order sama
