As I have said authors should leave the original series alone becoz when they try to fill in the gaps the come with horrible ideas.

JK Rowling is on different level. HP Fandom hates her becoz she went full R and started giving shitty details that literally no one asked for

 

CPU can only be a bottleneck in the higher end of GPUs; wouldn't be able to keep up with the frame rendering rate of the GPU.

But in our cases? Nope. GPU is the bottleneck.

i5-9300H can actually be paired with GPUs up to 1.5 times as powerful as the GTX 1650M without issue (for 1080p). Ryzen 5 5500U and 5600U (if going by synthetic benchmarks) can theoretically be paired with shit like a GTX 1660 Ti Mobile and even RTX 3060 Mobile for 1080p resolution, what with them being around the level of i7-9850H and i7-10750H; only reason they aren't is that U-series CPUs don't do well under longer periods (like 90 minutes and up) of load when paired with stronger GPUs; so the most powerful GPUs you'll see Ryzen 5 5500U/5600U paired with are RTX 3050 Mobile and 3050 Ti Mobile (which are much less powerful than the 3060 Mobile).

In hindsight, I actually think I should have invested in an Acer Nitro with Ryzen 5 4600H + GTX 1660 Ti or Ryzen 5 5600H + RTX 3060M (at the very least the former). Those would be better for gaming for longer durations, in addition to having much superior GPUs.

Yeah, I feel like 2K is enough for now.

I remember when I first joined GD, people were saying that 2560x1440 (which was supposed to be the next big thing at the time) was just not worth it, and that 1920x1080 or even 1600x900 were enough. It's only 2016 onward that 1920x1080 became viable for mainstream/casual gaming.
