The fight had excellent animation. The problem was the artstyle and direction were simply too out of place for the series.

Also hinata vs pain was amazing on all fronts.

Girl from the same year of uni, came up in a convo during a break

2 gals from an art school + 1 guy who studies medicine whom I met at a comic book convention

+1 chick I knew for 3 years now turned out to like comics and I didn't even know (technically not an anime fan but eh)

All in one week

 

well you never know she might not like anime but maybe once you guys talk, you can get her into it and you never know I'm assuming she's into geek culture so things might snowball from there and you could be great friends, same with the others as well. Damn, that's lucky tho. You have tons of really nice people there.

 

Eh i dont really try to convert people into stuff anymore so im fine with just having someone geeky to talk to irl even if its not a perfect match

yea i guess it's too much of a hassle trying to make people like something that may not necessarily be up their alley. Good thing though is you have people to open to and share your interests with.

Even I know all about Goblin Slayer, and I am not reading any manga these days and only watched a couple of slice-of-life series (and those two were recommended by lojzini and Bloo on here).

Get a boyfriend, then. That should solve all your troubles.

There is plenty of other crap to cry over.

It was an illegal function near the railroad tracks and the victims were part of the crowd trespassing on the tracks. And the Indian Railways are facing blame. And the victims' families are clamouring for compensation... Even though the deceased and injured were all attending a function at a location that was clearly unsafe and that was clearly illegal.

In fairness to the employees of the Indian Railways:

1. Politicians screw them over royally by not allocating enough funds for safety measures and important infrastructural upgrades. The railway employees genuinely do their best.

2. The people of this country clearly don't give a damn about safety measures on the road, the railways, and at airports. People regularly jump signals, attempt to board trains on the move, cross tracks like maniacs, don't listen to security personnel (even go as far as to harass security personnel).

3. The driver of the train in question was given the green light and given no warning of a crowd.
