PC Naruto All Stars Online - A Naruto MMORPG

Hello guys, today I come to introduce you Naruto ALO:

What is Naruto ALO?: Naruto All Stars Online MMORPG is a fan-made game, currently under development, where you'll be able to play online with your friends in a world based on the Naruto's series.


1. About the game:

• Engine: The engine being used is Unity, but this doesn't mean it'll be the final engine it'll be built on, it all depends on the engine we're more comfortable with and that allows us to do more cool features. It'll definetly be Unity or Serious Engine since these are me and a team mate have worked on.

2. Game features:

• It's online, as the MMORPG word implies.
• In this game you'll be able to create and customize your own character
• You'll be able to choose the village your character belongs to.
• The game will have a main story to follow and also side quests given by characters from the series.
• You'll be able to choose which chakra nature your character will have and so the skills you'll be able to learn depends on it.
• There will be village sieges to decide who is the Kage.
• PVP.
• Most of anything from the manga can be found in this game, such as the tailed beasts (and yeah you can capture them and transform into them)
• Game cost: the game will follow the freemium method where you can play for free and donate in exchange of items.

P.D: I'm looking for a 3D animator to collaborate with me

 

Get ready for the harsh slam - for a project of this scope you're probably looking at years of work particularly if it's two people right now. On top of that an animator wouldnt take a small team large scale job for free most likely they might do small works or pieces but not long term.
And unity > serious although i hope you aren't using a lot of assets and importing your models.

 

OMG!!! This has potential and it's an amazing idea! I wish you all the luck in making this game! I'd definitelly play it especially if you can create your own ninja!

 

Nope everything that has Naruto in it is a automatic nope for me.

 

Nah. With the scope we have for the 1st version we think it can be ready in less than 2 years. Maybe one and half or even less. As it's a MMORPG the content will be increased with updates. And the alpha version to be tested we hope it to be ready before 5 months. Regarding the animator thing, everything done so far has be paid to 3D artists from my pocket but I can't pay more for now, that's why we're searching for a collaborator, if I get money and can afford it then I'll pay one again, there's not much to do tough for the alpha version.

It doesn't matter wether you'll release updates im talking for a base running game with some of the features you aim to provide.
You need music, animation, code and so on. Personally i think it's an unrealistic goal but it's a cool concept youre making an mmorpg yes but it's still a game

Sorry but for me Naruto and everything that is related to it is just shit. that is why even if the game it self would turn out to be very well and amazing I still woudn't want to play it because of it's theme.
