    They're especially bad with indie game companies.

    A big company will take over. Shareholders will ask for "fat trimming", which is just slang for laying off half the workforce at the formerly indie game company. Then they'll make the remaining staff do the same level of work as before, resulting in joblessness or even outright homelessness for those fired and 100 hour work weeks for those left behind.

    Yeah, you see it with xbox the most. It's despicable. They also just mass outsource/contract work shit and none of them have time to properly integrate so we get dogshit.
