Episode 1.

Nothing inspiring, hopefully this doesn't end up as just a random hack and slash anime. Reminds me alot of One Punch Man, but much worse.

 

Episode 2.

So far...nothing which makes me go WOW. Makima is interesting, Aki is cool I guess.

ENTER: POWER OI OI!

Her blood bending tech? I've seen that in one other anime.

 

Episode 3.

Betrayal. Tbh I have no idea what's happening, this anime is so random.

 

Tbh me personally, it didn't amaze me so far, though I'm 3 episodes in.

To me, it's so random. The main guy is just a perv who does anything for touching boobs and he transforms into a chainsaw demon just slicing other demons for lols.

Idk how to explain, this feels like One Punch Man without Saitama and other cool characters.

I got introduce to 4 main leads atm and non of them to me are interesting lol maybe it changes later, but so far, it's just random.

You might like it though since traditionally, you love what I hate :DD

TL:TR - Whole vibe is like One Punch Man but worse IMO.

 

Community overall took it greatly, sits on 8.7 on MAL though idk why...to me it just meh

 

Episode 4.

This will seem like I'm just shitting on an anime which somehow has 8.7 rating on MAL but bro, this anime just doesn't move me. There's no story and I'm 4 episodes in. You know, 1st episode should capture my interest, second should develop it, but I'm 4 episodes in and the story is just non existent, like...

This will be a hard watch, hopefully this gets better.

 

Episode 5.

Finally some background infos on Aki and such. Damn, Aki lost his brother / familty in the most brutal way.

Gun devil, in America...........welp

 

Episode 6.

You know when I said this feels like OPM but worse? Actually, this feels like Jujutsu Kaisen but not worse. It's closer to JJK than OPM.

Actually this episode caputred me, finally gets deep with characters so I can connect to them. Aki so far is my fav character. Himeno is interesting. Everyone was panicking this episode out of fear and ngl, it was a nice touch despite them being Devil Hunters, makes it realistic you know.

Great episode.

 

Episode 7.

That devil spoke about Chainsaw devil like it's something legendary. Glad it's over. Himeno is wild

 

Episode 8.

What in the actual **** happened now. The shift in theme is insane WTFFFFFFFFFF!?!?!?

FOR 7 episodes I was learning about characters.

KATANA MAN AND A KID?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

What a brutal episode, Himeno cared so much about Aki that she sacrificed herself for him, Ghost took everything from her and she just disappeared...DIDN'T EVEN KILL THE KATANA MAN LET ALONE WIN!!

Aki also used his sword 3,2,1,0 heck I know what that means, is that 5 years of lifespan of him? or is it 50? bruh.

KATANA MAN looks exactly like Denji in CHAINSAW MAN form but KATANAS. THIS EPISODE WAS MADNESS!!!

 

Episode 9.

Denji got gut in half, of all the people Kobeni was actually strong? Where in the shit was her powers unitll now?!?!

Makima is an actual hack, but meh...as if she took enough people just to kill fodder and let stronger people flee? Kinda a meh way to show her hax powers....Kobeni saved Denji and I still don't know where Aki is.

What an episode!!
