Naruto and Sasuke's power were at first diluted so that they don't one shot every villian but then it went on crazy route to just shit on every established fact in the verse.

One Piece has 3 systems of powers + 3 DF versions which again need balance.

genjutsu which is non existent
Taijutsu which is nonexistent
Jutsu and eye jutsu which is here 99.99% of time
