I love One Piece, but I gotta hand it to Kishi, the man knew how to choregraph and create memorable fights. Naruto fights had a "brainy" aspect that I just love. For example, Sauske and Itachi just stood during the first phase of their fight, or Naruto using shadow clones to rejuvenate his Sage Mode. One Piece fights are more of a punch punch kick kick fest, while Naruto had more intelligent and creative fights. I guess Kishi had more room for creativity because of the chakra power system. But Naruto fights got worse towards the end too

 

OP fights are better

 

Naruto fights were barely inteligent, only inteligent fights were from Shikamaru, Naruto spammed same shit 99% of times

 

Only memorable fight for me in Naruto was Pain fight, everything else was so repetitive...Sasuke vs Itachi as well but that was asspull in the end lol

Or by Naruto vs Pain do you mean that fight in which pain couldn't see shadow clones transformed into rocks via his Dojutsu when primary purpose of Dojutsu was to see chakra Lol

 

Probably becoz of Ninja aspect.
The creativity part of Naruto and that started getting thrown out of window once superpower started to kick in.
I mean chakra became useless during the war arc everyone was spamming shit

At least in One Piece, Oda actually uses haki measures in who's stronger and takes things into account, you exactly know who's stronger and who isn't, in Naruto he was always the strongest ever pulling power ups out of his ass whenever he needed it, where's intelligence in that?

Only inteligence which I forgot yesterday was only for Itachi and Shikamaru which had 1 fight each in whole manga lol, everything else was just hard to watch, RASENGAN here, RASENGAN THERE bruh

Idk Naruto vs Pain was meorable to me because of Naruto's entrance and the hype.

But yeah was a very "inteligent" fight indeed gotta hand it to kishi.
