    @Gobb
    @iNoto

    Intel's flagship GPU in the Arc Alchemist series supposedly priced on par with RTX 3070 Ti MSRP and with comparable or 8% better performance in synthetic benchmarks.

    Questions right now are regarding availability and driver support.

    PS:
    Entry level GPU in the series is supposedly on par with GTX 1650 Super.

    i3-12100 supposedly shits on Ryzen 3 3300 while being priced slightly lower and running cooler (40% faster in single core performance and 30% faster in multi-core).

    i5-12400 supposedly shits on Ryzen 5 5600X in single core while offering slightly better performance in multi-core (though the Ryzen manages to take the lead in running cooler and consuming less power). i5-12400 also matches previous gen (11th gen) i7s and i9s in AAA game benchmarks when paired with RTX 3070 at 1080p.

    There are also the F models which are a little cheaper if you don't need a gpu. But it's healthy competition all around if they all keep trying to out do the other. Good for consumers.

    Yeah, AMD has become too arrogant in recent times with their CPU line-ups. But with Intel coming out with a great new line-up of CPUs with outstanding performance to price, gamers might have it great.

    Here's hoping things look up like this on the laptop side as well.

    Wife needs a new laptop for work this year. Might consider a good Ryzen 5 offering or even an i5 one if the 12th gen i5s are as good as leakers claim.

    The 12th gen i5-1250P supposedly offers performance on par with 11th gen desktop i5s and the Ryzen 5 5600H in single core performance, and is also not too far off in multi-core performance (and that too all at a 28 Watt TDP).

    The 6500xt was a retarded move too. I get they're companies seeking to drive profit but as soon as they're in the good graces of people they always go full retard. Like just ******* stop, make a good product for a good price and you'll have better business.

    Yeah, bit of a waiting game at t his point to see I guess.

    Couldn't have said it better myself.

    Yup.

    Also waiting to see how much iGPU performance improves. I am always fascinated by iGPU tech and performance.

    Goodnight, eyelid scratcher +.+

    Would be cool to see some iGPUs that could run Halo Infinite on at least low at 1366x768 with more than 30 fps xD

    Tested Halo Infinite out on the Vega 7 iGPU on my Ryzen 5 5500U. 1366x768 resolution, lowest settings; 24 fps average indoors, 16 outdoors.
