    i mean there were anime series that i really enjoyed as kid but don't think i can watch now like

    The Legend of Zoro and Cinderella Monogatari in Sahara 1.
    On Animax it was probably The Law of Ueki
    especially not anime or cartoon like Remi Nobody's girl and Madeline i think

    yeah i believe one of the main reason was they were actually trying to tell a story while the sequel is more about how much longer can we run it so we can make $$$.

    I mean go listen to OSTs of Bleach, FMA, Gintama, FT, OP anything mostly when they were at early stage of anime. You will find they generally potray the anime beautifully

    I heard he got his ass double whooped. (rumor).

    I think once I got my ass whooped that I couldn't leave bed for like 2 days... that belt was......did.... hurt a lot. It gave me scars (they went away few weeks later)
