Yes and no, the old people are still in charge but there are different people as executives and you can literally physically touch the difference in approach. The thing is, some people did have private meetings with the person in charge of the team, mostly the ones that were leaving or the ones that are strong and brave enough to fight for themself, which is not me. They say that there are real plans of improvement, the new people in charge are trying and it is actually real perspective of improvement. The thing is, you literally see the opposite. Everything just either pisses off every agent alive and/or makes us more and more work. Everyone on the team would like to hear these good words IN PERSON, instead of some corporate sweet nothings we get in the mail communication.

Nothing is gonna change as long as our customer doesn't realize rushing changes and changing procedures without proper testing is not good for anyone. We are pissed cuz they've made us into a beta testing guinea pigs, managers are pissed because they don't have time to do anything and yet they have to help us, especially that we are team that grows by 10-20 people monthly, customer is pissed cuz we have no way to keep service levels, travelers are pissed cuz the problems are inevitable, which finally makes us more work and therefore pisses us off, there, the circle is complete and in motion. And good people leave.
