Nah. Holding alt I think and dragging left duplicates the layer. I only tried this next bit on the last 5, but select all of the layers (click first hold shift and click the last). Do the aforementioned; Holding alt and moving the mouse. A duplicated layer will be created and it should snap next to it. Repeat until all spaces are filled. Next, move all of the single titled layers (not copy, copy 1, etc) to the top. Select all of the layer 1 ones including duplicates and merge. Go to the next frame and make all of the layer 2 ones visible and merge. Repeat this. Once fully done, I made a layer above everything and this would be to recolour the eyes. Select around the eyes of one (it was just an oval around both eyes) and fill it with a colour. If you have the selection tool selected you can move the selection radius to the next one and repeat this until it's done for all. You make that layer Hue and all is done.

 

I made it too short; discarded.
