Either a goddamn neighbour shitty brat that is crying for three hours straight in the evening or random retard that decides it is great idea to use a drill 5am in the morning somewhere in the block

This child in a neighbouring flat was screaming and crying once. My mother, my sister, I, and my aunt were shocked as hell. We called the cops. They took their sweet F@cking time getting there.

The child was being abused. We clearly heard the child screaming "please stop hitting me!" (in Kannada). The cops just have a chat with the mother (who is a complete bitch) and leave. The child is left there in that shit-hole. The next day, abuse starts again.
