Well, I was working out a lot with my little cousins and so my body says, "Hold up! You're not that young again." Essentially throughout the summer I just drilled them doing push ups, sit ups, running, the usual.

 

Nope, you misunderstood I dreamt It was a Thursday so when I woke up I thought it was Friday but was actually Thursday. Sorta like how you can take a nap and wake up and think its the next day.

 

That sounds tiring 0.0

Yep it was. Just have to make them hit the good ol runners high. It makes activity so much more enjoyable.

That's what happened. But to be honest when your in better shape than younger people, the world is wrong. But that was the whole point is to whip them into shape.

Yep, these just need some time is all. They're actually recent so, time is needed.

State of mind is the most important thing. If you don't have a destination in mind, of course your going to kick rocks of success around when you trip, blaming them for your fault. Remember, every failure is your own, but what you do with it is up to you. Just like advice, take what you want to hear.
