infrastructure pretty much. Western Europe and the US had internet way before us, so the cables you have in a lot of places are old. Here in Eastern Europe internet became widely available around 2002-2003, before that only internet you could get was in internet cafes. Also monopolies, which we don't have.

 

lmao I was in Romania last year and there 1 gbps internet costs like 15 euro

nah i'm pretty sure it's in Spain, but there's CGI added it doesn't actually look like that.

King's Landing actually looks like the real thing, and Dubrovnik isn't that far away from here.
