With the headaches I'll go to a doc, neurologist.


It's not that much insomnia, rather- random days where I cannot fall asleep normally because I don't feel like it, then, by 4 am, I cannot fall asleep because it is too bright plus I get heart racing like "omg I should sleep why am I not sleeping, what if I could not sleep", irrational panic. And then I sleep 4 or 5 hours a d wake up tired af

 

So anxiety linked? You could try and take sleeping pills? Although i find them annoying they might work for you

Travelling would be good options going on holiday especially sea side is amazing . I do that if i go down it happens to everyone .
