Serial Killer is an 'independent character' with no alignment.

Shinigami is always been with Town/Task force side.

Shinigami never have two power. Only people that can have have two power is Misa and Mikami but if after Kira die. Usually DN will be pass to Mikami first before Misa

But I dont know SK's plan with this game

 

Seems SK can't specify if these are potentially the same roles

But maple it would be absurd to assume they are because it would mean you could both see character roles and kill every night
